The message is loud and clear, “I am a strong woman. I do not sit around feeling sorry for myself, nor let people mistreat me. I do not respond to people who dictate to me or try to bring me down. If I fall, I will rise even stronger because I am survivor/Fighter and not a victim. I am in control of my life and there is nothing I cannot achieve.

She Inspires Awards aims to:

• To recognise the ordinary inspiring women.
• Woman who have fought against various obstacles.
• Woman who have defied stereotypical norms and have emerged stronger.

Process:

1. We recieve more than 150 applications from across the world.
2. All the applications were judged based on certain parameters by 15-member jury members from different background.
3. Contestants who receive more than 50% score get qualified for the popular choice award on IIW community page on Facebook.
4. The Contestants who receive more than 60% score were judged by a panel of 11 influential women in London.
5. Smt Dharma Dubey Special Awards for age 60+ nominations as well as those special women with exemplary achievement already recognised.

The awards are completely free to nominate and are managed by Sponsors and donations only. They are open to women all over the world from any ethnicity.

The nominees go through 2 rounds and only 40 to 50 make it to the Parliament. A son can nominate his mom who has always kept family a priority over self, a husband can nominate his wife who has sacrificed so much including her career or someone can nominate a neighbour who has been relentlessly working hard. This award is for the ordinary who don't have any influence or money.
